Named after Cap de Creus, the headland beside Cadaqués and the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, where the sun rises first. The villas face northeast to the morning sun, and share the architecture of our Cadaqués villas, already proven as a holiday rental: white curved walls, arched glass, natural stone and teak.
30 + 25 years
30-year leasehold, plus priority to extend for 25 more years at market price. Pink zone (tourism), so holiday rental is allowed.
